Our packages are shipped between 5 and 7 days no matter where you live.
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing center by the carrier. The processing time and shipping of orders is 1 to 5 days (working) but 95.47% of our orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Please note that orders can take from 5 to 7 working days for France from the date of dispatch and from 5 to 15 working days in the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date on which they were placed , depending on the final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also follow the status of your order on our website in the "FOLLOW MY PACKAGE" section.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you refuse a shipment from Moodway, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We assume no responsibility for packages that have been flagged as having been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue any refund or credit for packages whose carrier confirms delivery.
If your order includes several items and one (or more) of these items are out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order, refunding you according to your original payment method for items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it consists of several items.
